How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product you wish to purchase, select the colour, size and quantity and follow the prompts through our check out. Your Shopping Cart will be viewable in the top menu bar.

 

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay directly via PayPal, Credit/debit Card or Bank Transfer.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Order received before midday during the week will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders over the weekend will be dispatched first thing on the first working day of the week. 

 

Is everything on the website in stock now?

Yes. If an item is not in stock or does not have the quantities you are needing, the website will notify you.

 

Do you have minimum orders?

No. You are able to buy just one item from our online store. However we offer discounted rates for buying in quantity.

 

Can I order samples?

Yes. Samples can be order through an online account and returned if necessary. If you are looking at creating a wholesale account please email sales@blanksbrand.com.

 

What does GSM mean?

Grams per Square Meter and it relates to the weight of the fabric. A higher GSM means the garment will be heavier, but does not refer to the quality of the material.

 

What fabric do you use?

Different products are made from different fabrics, however the base material we use in our tees is 100% combed cotton that has gone through multiple processes to ensure top quality, durability and feel.

 

Can I buy Blanks Brand products direct from a retail store?

No. Our products are only available through our online store and selected screen printers. See our list of recommended printers.

What hours are you open?

Our head office is open from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri, However you are able to make online purchases or submit enquiries 24/7.

 

Do you make labels?

No we don’t, but we can organize printer neck labels or to get your neck tags sewn on. Email sales@blanksbrand.com with any enquiries.

 

Do you screen print?

We have a full range of quality screen printers that we can recommend for you based on your location and what you need. See our list of recommended printers or contact info@blanksbrand.com.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are determined by size, weight and distance. The website will automatically calculate the costs and let you know before check out.

 

Can I make changes to my order once I place it?

Yes. Contact us on (07) 3273 9311 and let us know what you need changed within the hour as we aim to process all orders as quickly as we can.

 

Can I pick my order up?

Yes, but you must call (07) 3273 9311 to organise a time we can ensure we have somebody to help you. Pick ups must be made from our warehouse at 3/121 Kerry Road, Archerfield, QLD.

 

What is your returns policy?

We will credit or exchange any faulty or damaged goods in new condition for a full refund within 14 days. We are unable to refund used or altered garments.

 

What are your washing instructions?

Every garment has a different set of instructions that are outlined on the tag you will find of each item.

 

Where are your products made?

Products are ethically made by our Blanks team in Bangladesh, China and Australia. Each product has country of origin details on its tag.
