Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on size, weight and delivery distance. Our website will automatically calculate the cost of both standard and express shipping for your order at the checkout.

Picking up an order

Orders can be picked up from our Brisbane office at 3/121 Kerry Rd, Archerfield, QLD 4108. If you’d like to pick an order up in person, please call us on (07) 3272 9311 to make suitable arrangements.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an email including a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. For more information on tracking your parcel, contact our office on (07) 3272 9311.

Delivery locations

We ship throughout Australia and internationally.


If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit. All returns must be made within 14 business days. When returning your item, please include your reason for returning, name, email address and invoice number along with an indication of whether you require an exchange or store credit.

Once your return has been processed, we will notify you by email. Please note, it can take up to one week for returns to be processed. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return to confirm you are within the 14-day return period, otherwise your item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Items that have been printed upon, embellished, dyed or altered in any way are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for the inspection of their goods before altering them in any way. Check your invoice to confirm it is correct before printing. If shipping your order directly to a printer, please make sure they check the order against the packing slip. If we have made an error in your order, please let us know before printing anything on your items, as this will render them ineligible for return. Under no circumstances is Blanks Brand liable for any screen printing or reprinting costs.

We recommend checking all orders personally rather than delivering straight to a third party.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, the cost of returning will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt.
